When purchasing an artwork click "add to cart" and then you can follow the check-out service by clicking the cart on the top right of the page. Payment is due immediately by debit or credit card and you will be taken step-by-step. Each client can follow our simple check-out process to make payment and enter your delivery address, by specifying your Country, a flat fee will be added depending on your location. After payment has been made, you will be sent proof of payment and we will get to work preparing your artwork for shipment.

Please note that all prices listed on the website are for unframed works of art, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping and packaging within the UK is an added flat fee and is sent via a tracked service with full insurance.

Once payment has been received, shipping within the UK will take up to two weeks. We dispatch artworks every Tuesday and will be in contact to let you know when the work will be delivered.

As signatures are required on delivery, if you know someone will not be at home in the day to receive your artwork, then we would recommend specifying your work address as your delivery address (you can always us after purchase to change your delivery address).

Artworks purchased by overseas buyers can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on their final destination. Shipping is an additional cost for overseas buyers and will be automatically calculated once you enter your shipping Country in the checkout process. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to overseas buyers.

N.B. It is the responsibility of the buyer to select the correct shipping option, and we may charge you the balance if incorrect shipping option is selected.

Please note that London-based clients are also able to collect their artwork from us for a flat fee of £2 (which covers packaging and an admin fee). You can simply click "collect artwork" at check-out and then please e-mail us to arrange a time (please specify an exact day and time to collect as artworks are not stored on-site).

For those who export items outside of the EU, Import duties may apply upon entry of the artwork into your own country. All import duties are an additional cost. Eve Leibe Gallery does not accept liability for the correct importation of artworks bought on the platform - it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.

We currently do not charge VAT on artworks.

Once you have received your artwork, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund if you are not happy with it. Please note that the work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. If your work has been damaged during transit then please contact us via the contact page and we will help get to the bottom of it with you.

Editions are works of art from which an artist produces multiple copies of the same design. All editions on the platform are exclusive to Eve Leibe Gallery. Each edition is limited to the number specified on the artwork and in the cataloguing text.

As well as Editions, we also offer unique artworks which are one of a kind. These may include works on canvas, drawings or hand painted prints. If a work of art is unique it will be specified in the description and it will be priced to reflect it's comparative rarity. All unique works of art displayed on the platform will still fall within our price bracket of £300 - £7,000. We also offer an art consulting service for those wishing to source original works of art from artists seen on our platform.
